In an effort to study the action of hand shaping metals, Nemo Gould and Jason Anderson undertook the customization of a 1979 Honda CX500. Starting with a neglected non-running donor bike, the engine and body were reformed into a new creation through a complete rethinking of geometry and bodywork.

The collaboration utilized Jason's experience with complex curvature as well as his knowledge of motorcycle geometry and performance. Pairing this knowledge with Nemo's skills and craftsmanship as a kinetic sculptor and machinist, the two approached the medium of hand shaping metal as novices and produced the exquisite and calibrated curvatures of this custom bodywork.
